 Beach Rules

 

· Keep entrance gate locked at all times.

· No boats in Swimming Area.

· No ball playing or tag where small children are playing in the water.

· No throwing of sand, sticks, rocks or harmful objects.

· No pets allowed on the beach or in the swim or launch areas.

· Limit of 15 guests per day per family. For groups larger than 15, whether you need to reserve the pavilion or not, contact a Board Member for permission.

· No glass bottles or containers on beach area.

· Deposit all refuse in the garbage containers.

· No car washing in beach area.

· No motorcycles or other vehicles in beach area. Park along South fence only.

· Provide supervision of your children while at the beach.

· Swimming are to stay in the swimming area.

· The beach closes at 10:00 P.M.

· The Member Family is solely responsible for any damage done to any beach facility by them or their guests. They are to repair or replace any damage immediately.

· Beach facilities are available only to members in good standing of the Waterford Hill Manor Association. Beach keys are available from the Treasurer.

· Ramp is available only to members in good standing of the Waterford Hill Manor Association. Keys are available from the Treasurer.

· Winter lock installed Nov.-May. 

 The purpose of the Waterford Hill Manor Association shall be:
 - To improve and protect the property and property values of the members of the Association. - To upload and enforce the Deed Restrictions as recorded for the Waterford Hill Manor Association. - To develop, administer and improve the waterfront property holdings of the Association. - To promote fellowship of the members of the Association.
