Association Dues are $90 which gets you a beach key and the ability to partake in our WHMA events, pays for our legal fund, updates to subdivision, ads for our sub wide garage sales and provides lawn maintenance and lighting at the beach. 

$105 for a launch key at the beach. A second key can be purchased for an additional $5. (Limit 2 keys per household)

In addition to traditional cash or check payments, we are offering Venmo. Please scan the barcode above to initiate your Venmo payment to WHMA. You can contact Jan, Craig or Ed to arrange payment and/or key pickup. If you prefer to correspond by mail, you can mail checks made out to WHMA along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

 The purpose of the Waterford Hill Manor Association shall be:
 - To improve and protect the property and property values of the members of the Association. - To upload and enforce the Deed Restrictions as recorded for the Waterford Hill Manor Association. - To develop, administer and improve the waterfront property holdings of the Association. - To promote fellowship of the members of the Association.
